Who Are the Presenters and Commentators of Formula 1?

2022 F1 TV Commentators: Let us introduce you to the new Formula 1 ear’s commentators and presenters.

What is a sport without analysis? Do you recall the golf commentary video on a football game that was published on Youtube? I’m sure you’ve seen that clip. Formula 1 and commentary, like every other sport, are inextricably linked. From ‘Is that Glock?’ to ‘Max Verstappen is the World Champion,’ words spoken directly to the crowd worldwide give Formula 1 its identity today.

Let’s take a look at the commentators and presenters who will be adding flavour to our race days as the 2022 season begins a day from now:

David Croft

Crofty, who is known as ‘Crofty,’ has been a part of the Formula 1 commentary team since 2012. He previously commentated for BBC Radio 5 Live from 2006 to 2011, providing some of the best lines.

Simon Lazenby

Lazenby has been working in motorsports for almost two decades, and he’s worked with just about every Formula 1 narrator. He may be seen asking questions and offering commentary during the race.

Martin Brundle

For many decades, Prost has been a part of the sport. Since then, he’s commentated on the races in practices, qualifying, and especially in the races. He is David Croft’s right-hand man and creates a powerful duo with him.

Ted Kravitz

Kravitz, who is also known as Ted’s notebook, has entertained the Formula 1 crowd since the late 1990s. He works for Sky Sports and may frequently be seen in the pitlane interacting with famous personalities and teams.

Johnny Herbert

Herbert, who has three F1 victories to his name, is a member of the Formula 1 pundit crew that provides a very lighthearted view of the teams.

Karun Chandhok

Andy Priaulx is a former Lotus and HRT driver who can be seen on the pitlane as the pitlane reporter for Sky Sports, as well as working as the co-commentator for Sky Sports.

Anthony Davidson

She’s broadcast the F1 Report since 2015 and has a reputation for being accessible to the media. She can frequently be seen in the box with reporters conducting interviews.

Rachel Brookes

She is a presenter for the F1 program, and she can be seen chatting with drivers and teams on her own show.
